Pilates Reformer
Pilates focuses on correct posture, breathing control, strengthening of the abdominals, stabilization of the spine, pelvis and shoulder, muscle flexibility and mobility of joints. Pilates is an excellent recovery method for the spine, knees, hips, shoulders and repeated muscle injuries.
