PERSONAL TRAINING – SPECIAL CARE

More and more members are gaining their form and achieving their desired results with the help and guidance of a personal trainer.

If you don’t have the luxury of free time, need motivation or are simply too demanding of yourself, your personal trainer at Vari Sports Club is the solution! Our staff is continuously trained in new techniques and equipment and will fully meet your personal needs for a healthy lifestyle.

The design and implementation of training programs and weight maintenance is exectued by our trainers, in consultation with your doctor, our dietitian and tests that give us information on your physical condition. Whether you're a beginner or experienced athlete the personal trainers of VARI SPORTS CLUB will design an effective training program and diet specifically for you.

Programs are also offered in our Pilates Reformer Studio on a personal or group basis (up to 3 at a time).

Through a personal training program designed specifically for you, you can:

  • improve your muscle strength
  • reduce the risk of heart problems, improving blood circulation (cardiopulmonary capacity)

TEENS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

For teenagers from 12-15 years, there are special classes for personal and group training (for 3 or 4 people) in fitness and sports, such as swimming, beach volleyball, squash, tennis under the supervision of expert trainers and athletes who are champions in their field. The aim of these programs is to help young people at the stage of their development and to prepare them for future successes in the sport of their choice.
