ABS SOLUTION:

HIPS & ABS:

AQUA AEROBICS:
Strength Program taking place in our pool. It improves your physical condition and appearance. A muscle stimulation session for the whole body.

JUKARI "Fit to Flex":
Reebok, Vari Sports Club & Cirque du Soleil present to you for the first time in Greece the new innovative way of exercise just for women! Created by Reebok & Cirque du Soleil, Jukari is a new way to fitness using special rubber / Flex bands that will make you take off. JUKARI "Fit to Flex" transforms your workout to enjoyment while maintaining a high level of exercise.

ASHTANGA YOGA:
This course is based on the idea that Yoga is a combination of breath and simultaneous movement, based on flexibility and strenght. Continuous flow of workout without breaks will excite yoga fans.
KICK BOXING:
It is the first stage of getting to know the specialized Fight Club. The workout includes moves from modern and traditional martial arts with a high-intensity workout, where we defuse and achive spiritual clarity. Try it today!

CARDIO DANCE:

PILATES MINI-BALL:
A specialized Pilates program, that uses a small ball that differentiates it from a regular Pilates class. Using a wide range of exercises, this program is effective for the whole body. Perfect workout for all levels of trainees

SPIN BIKING:
An essential program for those who want to be initiated to the world of spinning. The continuous ups and downs of intensity and alternating positions on the spin bike will give you the maximum result in your workout and enjoyment.

CARDIO 4 ALL:
Aerobic exercise program using simple steps without combinations, aiming for the best cardio exercisi. Get to know Aerobic, safeley and with definitive results!
STEP UP:
Aerobic exercise program with up and down steps over a step platform. Give yourself the opportunity to "dance" on the platform, combining fun and rhythm with your cardio exercise.

C.Y.B.A.:
Control Your Body Alignment. A combination of Yoga, Fitness & Pilates, which using our own body weight our muscles to improve our posture. Discover the qualities of orthosomic exercise!

DYNAMIC VINYASA YOGA:
